How long does an average project take?
A simple website or campaign goes live within 3–4 weeks. A full growth system (ads + website + automation) takes 4–6 weeks to build. Complex webshop projects take 6–10 weeks. We always communicate a realistic timeline upfront.
What does a website or digital system cost?
Our packages start from €1,500/month (Growth Starter) up to €3,500/month (Growth Pro incl. SEO). A one-time website or webshop starts from €2,500. All prices exclude VAT. We never have hidden costs.
Does IMBAR work with small businesses?
Absolutely. We work with SMEs from 1 person to larger organisations. Our Growth Starter package is specifically designed for entrepreneurs who want to grow without burning a large budget.
Why do you use n8n and not Make or Zapier?
n8n is open-source, runs on your own server and has no per-workflow-run licence costs. With Make or Zapier you pay per task, which quickly adds up at scale. With n8n you retain full control over your data and processes.
How do you measure results?
Via a monthly KPI dashboard with organic leads, keyword rankings, Core Web Vitals, uptime, conversion rates and ROI per advertising channel. We use Server-Side GTM via Google Cloud for 30–40% more accurate conversion data.
Are there guarantees on SEO results?
No agency can guarantee specific positions — Google decides that. What we guarantee: correct technical SEO implementation, monthly content updates and transparent reporting. On average, our clients see measurable improvement within 3–6 months.
Can I maintain my own website after delivery?
Yes. We build on WordPress or Astro, depending on your needs. WordPress sites are delivered with a user-friendly CMS so you can manage texts, images and blog articles yourself. Technical updates and security fall under the maintenance contract.
How does the collaboration work in practice?
We start with an intake conversation (30–60 min), followed by a technical analysis of your current position. We then present a concrete plan with KPIs and timeline. During the project you have direct access to your contact person via email or phone.
Do you offer maintenance and support?
Yes. Our monthly maintenance contract (€150/month) includes: security updates, plugin updates, backups, uptime monitoring and priority support. Separate consultations and repairs are billed at €120/hour.
How long does it take to see SEO results?
Technical improvements are immediately visible in Google Search Console. Keyword positions typically improve within 2–3 months of implementation. Significant organic growth comes after 4–6 months of sustained optimisation.

IMBAR is based in Purmerend and works with businesses within a 35km radius: Amsterdam, Zaandam, Hoorn, Waterland & Edam-Volendam and Almere. We also work remotely for clients throughout the Netherlands.
